What We Do
The Preventative Care Management Program is administered by TruBenefit and sponsored by the employer for their workplace. Employees have the option to enhance their benefit package by enrolling in TruBenefit’s certified Preventative Care Management Program. This helps reduce health care costs and expenditures for both the employers and employees.
Employers who struggle with rising employee health insurance costs can save money with the TruBenefit program by reducing their FICA tax responsibility. When an employee elects to participate in the plan it decreases their taxable wages while saving the employer money on their payroll taxes.
